III.    Continued Public Hearing:  

Case 13-18 – Luis and Alicia Castanho, 52 Gorton Avenue, request for variances to allow removal of existing house and construction of a new 1 ½ story house (maintaining existing 15’ 2” street setback) and elevated to comply with new FEMA Flood elevation.   

IV.     Public Hearings:

Case 13-23 – Frederick Guidobono, 42 Portland Avenue, requests variances to allow placement of an air conditioning compressor 18’ from Bocce Lane.

Case 13-24 – Joseph Piecuch, Michele Potvin-Piecuch and the Irmgard J. Ziemba Trust, 26 Massachusetts Road, request variances to allow an addition to enlarge bathroom and shower area, add an area for washer/dryer/linen closet, as well as an outside shower.

Case 13-25 – Paul Preissler, 88 West End Drive, requests variances to allow construction of a 10’ x 21’ deck on the ocean side of the property.

Case 13-26 C – Mark and Maryellen Phelan, 77 Sea Spray Road, request for variances to raise the floor elevation of the house to more closely conform to existing zoning regulations and FEMA requirements.
